For questions, corrections, data or privacy requests, or feedback about the website or the Folafol app, email techinternal@proton.me. We aim to reply within a few working days.
Reporting a problem
If a result, a textbook link or a page is not working, tell us the exam, year and board (and the page address) so we can look into it quickly. For a result that looks wrong, please also confirm it against your board’s official marksheet — we display what the board returns and cannot change a result.
Not the education board
Folafol is an independent service and cannot issue, change, re-check or certify results, or handle re-scrutiny applications. Those are done by your education board; see the board’s own website for official help.
